Massage does NOT create pain. It destroys it. Massage should never hurt. If anyone has ever hurt you during massage or you feel it after, you need a new massage therapist. Granted, there is a "hurts so good" that means it's working it's way out, but never should you be in legitimate pain. Call, text or email if you have questions, concerns or want to try my massage.
I became a massage therapist because I want to and like to help others feel better sooner without medication. I like to be able to give others relief and options for pain management.

I come from a small town named Andes, New York. I was born and raised on a handshake and can give you that small town feeling along with the class of a 5 star resort. I have an extensive background from working in several premier spas to owning my own practice since 2009. I have been known as "the world traveler" as I had the opportunity of a lifetime and worked onboard a grand class cruise line (Princess Cruise Lines). I definitely expanded my horizons and broadened my massage skills, techniques and modalities.
